Parkway vs Tavistock

This week’s clash is a real mouthwatering match in prospect . The 0-0 draw early in the season was a real end to end encounter which could easily have finished 3-3 so another close game is on the cards today. With Darren and Kevin  ex managers of Tavistock and guiding them to the East Division title and back into the Premier and plenty of former players of Plymouth Parkway now at Tavistock, most recently Josh Grant, who has scored 5 goals in his last 2 games, this game could be explosive. Plymouth Parkway will know 3 points against the leading team sends out a real statement that we are up for the fight to get back in the title race.

The big threat  will come from former Parkway player Glynn Hobbs, who is without doubt one of the most dangerous players in the league and we know will be a real handful but a challenge our defenders will relish.

With regards to the squad Jamie Bass, Paul Heveran, Jordan Trott and Chris Head have all declared themselves fit and put them now to get themselves match fit and hungry to force their way back into the squad and team. Gavin Coulton misses the next few games on holiday and we are still hopeful of a new signing shortly.

Thank you again for your continued fantastic support both home and away and hopefully we will see you at Falmouth next week in another tough league encounter and for the festive games at Bolitho and Cullompton.

Can I take this opportunity on behalf of all from the club in wishing you a great festive period and once again thank you for your support.
