Mike Parrish
Marketing Director
Brief info
Mike has been responsible for the club’s media and content output for over six years, playing a key role in shaping how Parkway presents itself both locally and nationally. With a first-class honours degree in Journalism, his background lends itself naturally to producing clear, creative, and consistent communications across platforms.
One of his most notable contributions has been “Round Our Way", a two-season documentary series offering a behind-the-scenes look at life at the club. From the first team dressing room to the supporters club, the series captured the day-to-day rhythms of Parkway in a way that resonated with fans.
As Parkway has progressed through the divisions, Mike has led the growth of the club’s media output, developing a recognisable and professional brand identity that continues to evolve each season. His work touches everything from matchday content and announcements to long-form video and social engagement.
In early 2025, Mike joined the board of directors, bringing his media expertise into a wider leadership role at a time of continued growth for the club. His focus now includes building a dedicated content team to support all areas of Parkway, promoting the club to a wider audience and ensuring that the club’s voice stays strong, clear, and reflective of its values as it moves forward.
Mike doesn’t have just one favourite all-time Parkway player, he has what he describes as the Parkway “Holy Trinity” which includes Mikey Williams, Ryan Lane, and Kyle Moore, and his favourite player overall is Georgi Kinkladze. His favourite footballing moment was Glyn Hobbs’ “wonder strike” vs the enemy on Boxing Day 2017. Outside of Parkway, Mike is a big sleeper and enjoys all types of food, and his favourite depends on his mood.
