Parkway’s 2026/27 Pre-Season Road Map Confirmed
By Parkway Media
Preparations for the 2026/27 season are now beginning to take shape, with new Plymouth Parkway manager Karl Curtis and his backroom staff confirming the club’s pre-season schedule ahead of the upcoming Southern League Premier South campaign.
With a new-look Parkway side preparing to return to action, supporters can look forward to a challenging and exciting summer schedule both home and away, including the return of the Plymouth festival of football feel to Bolitho Park.
The Theatre of Trees will host three standout fixtures across pre-season, beginning with the visit of League One neighbours Plymouth Argyle on Saturday 11th July. The fixture will mark Argyle’s first visit to Bolitho Park since the 2022/23 season, and is expected to attract another bumper crowd to PL5.
Parkway will remain at home three days later as National League South side Torquay United travel to Bolitho Park on Tuesday 14th July for an evening fixture. Jimmy Ball’s side narrowly missed out on promotion last season and will provide another strong test for Curtis’ squad.
The final home fixture of pre-season will see Truro City visit PL5 on Saturday 1st August. The Tinners return to National League South football this season and the fixture will provide Parkway with a final test ahead of the league opener the following weekend.
Parkway’s preparations will also include three away fixtures across Devon and Cornwall, starting with a trip to The Mill to face Torpoint on Saturday 4th July.
The Yellows will then travel to South West Peninsula League East champions Bovey Tracey on Saturday 18th July, before completing their away schedule with a visit to Homers Heath to face Buckland Athletic on Tuesday 21st July.
