Brief info

Gez, Vice Chairman of Parkway, demonstrates deep commitment to the club’s long-term progress. A former Oxford attendee, with a memorable tale involving a break-in to his van, he brings both intellect and real-world resilience to his leadership role.

Having been involved behind the scenes for several years, he plays a key part in the club’s strategic planning, commercial development, and community engagement. His passion lies in helping Parkway not just compete, but thrive, aiming to see the club climb the non-league pyramid and surpass many well-established teams across the South West.
As Vice Chairman, he works closely with the board, management, and supporters to continue building on Parkway’s strong foundations. He’s particularly proud to be involved with what he describes as “the biggest club in Plymouth, behind Argyle, of course” and is driven by the growing buzz around Bolitho Park, especially with attendance figures rising season after season.

For Gez, success isn’t just measured in league positions, but in the strength of the club’s culture, the progress of its infrastructure, and the growing pride it brings to the local football community.

As with other board directors, Mikey Williams is Gez’s favourite Parkway player of all time, although he said it was a very tricky choice. His favourite player though is someone who he was luckily enough to meet in person, Peter Osgood. His personal favourite highlight in football was when Parkway won the treble, but Chelsea defeating Bayern Munich in their own back yard was a close second.

Gez loves spending time with his family and he keeps it local with his favourite food, as he can’t beat the Parkway sausage rolls at halftime, made by the resident pastry chef Sarah.
