The goalkeeper is relishing the opportunity to test himself at Southern League Premier South level.

“I haven’t been at Bolitho since I played here for Willand back in the Western League days and seeing it now, and how much it has changed, has made me even more excited to take the next step in my career.

“I back myself, I already know some of the players in the squad, and it feels like the perfect time to begin a new chapter at this brilliant football club.”

Manager Karl Curtis was delighted to secure the services of his new number one.

“I speak on behalf of the board, management team and players when I say how pleased we are to secure the signing of Aaron Dearing.

“Bringing in a permanent goalkeeper was one of our priorities this summer and after carrying out plenty of homework on Aaron, we believe we have signed the best goalkeeper available outside of the professional game locally to become Parkway’s number one.

“He has all the attributes we were looking for and we’re excited to see him join the group ahead of the new season.”

Dearing will link up with his new teammates later this month as preparations continue for a busy pre-season schedule.
