Having secured back-to-back wins for the first time this season last Saturday against Bracknell Town, Parkway were tested early on and were forced to clear a header off the line following a sharp corner from the Peacocks.
It took a while for the Yellows to get into gear offensively, but they started to click on the half an hour mark.
After a low effort from Love-Holmes was saved minutes before, Rio Garside won back possession in Taunton’s half and played through Tom Dean on the right-hand side.
The Exeter City loanee crossed in for Hall but his acrobatic attempt to get hit shot off was saved by the keeper.
Parkway were denied a penalty when Love-Holmes was deemed to have gone down too easily in the box, but the winger stamped his mark on the game minutes later regardless, making it 0-1 after latching onto a reverse ball from Hall and finishing into the bottom left corner.
Parkway then doubled their advantage after 42 minutes and it was Love-Holmes again for his brace.
A deep freekick was lofted into the back stick from Carlo Garside and headed back across goal for Love-Holmes to head past the helpless keeper.
To end the half emphatically, Hall then pinched the ball from Taunton’s back line and fired a right footed effort into the top left corner to make it 0-3 to Parkway before halftime.
With Parkway firing on all cylinders, the home side were forced into a quadruple substitution at the break, and it immediately bore its fruits.
Jack Rice kept the ball alive down the left wing and poked into the box towards Owen Brian.
The Taunton number 10 took a touch out of his feet and whipped a low effort into the bottom right corner to bring his side back into the game after just six minutes of the second half.
Parkway managed to hold off the Taunton onslaught until the 85th minute, and it was one Alex Rutter wouldn’t want to remember.
The Parkway keeper fumbled the ball in what would normally have been a routine catch, and after a penalty area scramble, Tom Purrington smashed the ball into the back of the net to make it 2-3.
It was a nervy finish, but Parkway stood strong to claim their third consecutive league win, moving them up to 14th in the table.
