Lee Hobbs departs Plymouth Parkway

A club statement by the PPFC board

Plymouth Parkway Football Club announce that we have accepted the resignation of Lee Hobbs and have mutually agreed with him that he will leave the club now we are at the end of the 2023/24 season.

Plymouth Parkway would like to thank Lee for all his hard work over the last 7 and half years with the club, a time where the club has gone from the South West Peninsula League to the Southern Premier League. Lee has been a massive part of the success in this period of the clubs history.

We wish Lee every success in his future and hope to see him continue to attend Bolitho Park when he can.

Mark Russell (Chairman) said “Lee has been a major part of the success we have had as a club in the last 7 years and no one can doubt the passion and commitment Lee has given to the club. Lee moves on with our best wishes.”

Lee Hobbs said “Being the Parkway manager has been an honour, and I am proud of what we have achieved in my time at the club, in football all things come to an end at some point.

Thank you to all the supporters who have been great during my time at the club, and thank you to all my management team and players over the years that have helped me deliver the great success we have had in my time at Bolitho.

I would like to the thank the board at Plymouth Parkway for the support they have shown me over the years I have been at the club, the journey has in most parts been great fun and enjoyable. I wish Plymouth Parkway Football Club the best for the future.”

Parkway will now start the process of looking for a replacement manager to take the club into next season. Details to follow….
