Plymouth Parkway can confirm that Ethan Wright has joined Torpoint Athletic on a one-month loan.

Wright started Saturday’s FA Trophy fixture against Bath City, but has had limited game time during the opening months of the 2026/27 season.

The move will provide Ethan with the opportunity to play regularly over the next month and continue his development, while he will also continue to train with the Parkway squad throughout the loan period.

Ethan began his footballing journey in the Plymouth Argyle Academy before joining Parkway’s youth set-up, where he continued his development. He later gained his first experience of senior football with Tavistock before returning to Bolitho Park.

Manager Karl Curtis said:

“Ethan is going to Torpoint to get as many games as he can over the next month. We were delighted with Ethan’s first-half performance against Bath City in the FA Trophy fixture and we now want to build on his physical condition to ensure we don’t waste that good 45–60 minutes Ethan had before he started to tire.

“Torpoint is the perfect environment as they have an excellent management team and great squad of players, including some very good experienced players who can support Ethan over the next few weeks.

“It was important to us to find a team who play the same system as us alongside an excellent environment.

“We thank Torpoint and we hope this loan move supports everyone involved. Ethan will continue to train with us throughout his loan period.”
