Regan Miles joined Plymouth Parkway at the beginning of last season to provide player care over the course of the season. This involved pitch-side first aid care, as well as injury rehabilitation and injury prevention with the aim of increasing the output of the squad.

Regan graduated University of St Mark & St John in 2020 with a degree in Sports Therapy (Hons) and has worked with some of the leading clubs in the South-West with the likes of Plymouth Argyle FC and Torquay United on his resume. Since graduation, Regan has begun his own successful sports therapy business, RSM Sports Therapy, where he works 1-1 with people from all backgrounds, both sporting and general population, to improve their health.

Since joining, Regan has taken much-needed steps to improve the sports medicine of the club, with the likes of recent partnerships with GPS pod company, PlayerData to widen to the scope of player care.
