Reserves looking to make it two from two at start of the season
Plymouth Parkway Reserves go into their second East Cornwall League One fixture away at Roche buoyed by their superb season opening win at home to Millbrook.
A 4-0 victory was all that Andy Notman could’ve asked for, and his side could have scored a few more on another night. Although there is a slight fitness doubt over Alex Warren, based on his groin and not general fitness, Andy Notman should have the same squad to call upon from Tuesday night and have centre back Jay Chard also back in the fold after a slight hamstring strain kept him out of the squad.
With a full squad to pick from, this will certainly cause a good headache for Andy, with the lads who came off the bench on Tuesday performing well alongside the starting eleven.
With such a promising start to the season, the Reserves are eager to make it two wins from two and make a real statement of intent.
The side have made no secret of their intent to push for promotion this season, and taking all three points on away trips like this Saturday’s will be key in meeting these expectations. We wish Andy and the lads all the best this weekend.
