After leaving Bolitho Park ahead of the 2025/26 season, Thomson joined Saltash United, where he continued his impressive goalscoring record. He returned to Parkway during the closing months of the campaign and played an important role in the club’s successful fight to retain its Southern League Premier South status, contributing a number of important goals and performances.
Having returned to the club before the end of the 2025/26 season, Thomson remains part of Parkway’s squad as he looks to add to his goalscoring record in yellow.
