Reserves Mid Week Fixture

Plymouth Parkway Reserves look to kick start their season with their second home fixture in the opening week of the season, on Wednesday night where they welcome St Stephens Borough to Bolitho Park.

Manager Andy Notman’s squad headache continues with players returning from boardmasters, holidays and romantic get aways to Cardiff, but other injury and unavailability issues still hampering the squad.

Chris Tillyer, Matty Edwards, Lewis Phillips, Chris Mills, Dan Tate, Darrell Martin and Arnold Rumbete (7) return to the squad, though from Saturday Matty Thompson, Tommy Reynolds, Mark Berry, Anthony Mason, and Jay Chard (5) all drop out, Jay Chard through injury.

John Wyatt remains 50/50, as will be the case all season no doubt.  Josh Notman is still recovering from an operation.

Sam Brewster is still injured, Fletcher Cook and Fabien Ewers-Johnson are unavailable.

Marcin Zielinski will debut in goal with Dale England getting injured on Saturday.

All of the above means our most stable position is Trudy Phillips who remains in the kitchen but is joined by Julia Mills.  We even have a different linesman to Saturday….. 🙂
