Tom Bath waves goodbye to Bolitho

Plymouth Parkway can confirm that striker Tom Bath has departed the club ahead of the 2023/24 season.

Tom was a hugely popular figure in the Parkway dressing room throughout his time at the club and helped Parkway to their first Southern League Division One South title.

Tom’s story at the club would be highlighted during the second instalment of the popular documentary series Round Our Way – in which Tom features and discusses a difficult beginning to life at Bolitho, before finding his rhythm after a loan spell away from the club.

In arguably his best performance for the club, Tom would cruelly suffer a ruptured achilles that ruled him out for 8 months. On his return late last season, Tom struggled for match time on his return and despite being named on the retained list, the striker has decided a new challenge is in order.

We place on record our sincere thanks to the striker, his parents Kay and Dave for embracing the Parkway ethos and being a big part of the Parkway family.

Tom’s goals against Bideford, Spennymoor and Sholing will live long in the memory, and we wish the striker every success for the future.

Thanks for the memories, Tom.
