Bolitho Park welcome sponsors old and new ahead of the new season
Plymouth Parkway were delighted to welcome sponsors old and new last Friday afternoon at a sunny Bolitho Park to showcase advertising boards, digital content and kit sponsors ahead of the 2022/23 Southern Premier League Season.
It has been a very busy off season and new commercial manager Keira Bassett has been busy making links with previous sponsors whilst actively seeking new partnerships with a community feel firmly at the core of all conversations.
With Bolitho Park drenched in sunshine, sponsors and fans alike discussed all matters Parkway, as excitement began to build on a new chapter for the football club.
Keira echoed this exciting new chapter for the football club: “There is a real buzz about the club. We are delighted that we were joined by most of our sponsors who were spoilt by the sunshine. Everyone was excited to see their boards up and stood proudly next to them whilst our media team captured some images. It was great to get everyone down to the ground, to show off the amazing space we have!”
One sponsor who has supported Plymouth Parkway for a number of years is the front of shirt sponsor Parkway Timber and managing director Andrew Quick would be in attendance on the afternoon: “We are delighted to sponsor Plymouth Parkway for a further 2 seasons. Giving our help and support to a growingly successful football club and organisation like Plymouth Parkway makes us very proud to be a part of their progression. We wish the club and all concerned another very successful season and wish Lee and the team every success on the pitch.”
Another main sponsor who has bought into the Parkway ethos is Pilkington Estates and owner Jon Pilkington, a supporter of the club and now the official back of shirt sponsor, Parkway TV sponsor and with numerous boards dotted around the ground, Jon is delighted to be part of the future of the club: “Being involved with Parkway for the last few seasons and seeing the development of the club has been pretty special. The belief and energy is clear to see within everyone linked to the club, from fans, to players, to back room staff to the owners themselves, and it is infectious.”

The day was another important milestone for the club with the commercial side showcasing how the club are moving with the times as they look to continue the fantastic work from previous years.
The commercial side of the club worked with all sponsors to craft a sponsorship deal that suited each individual business. The team worked closely with the client to craft a unique design for each advertising board and ensure all sponsors were happy with the final design before they were put up at the very impressive and picturesque Bolitho Park.
