Parkway and Dorchester both looking for 3 points this Valentines...

By Rob Kershaw

A day of frustration saw the boys walk away from Bolitho goalless against Hartley Wintney, but a point is better than none as we look to hike up the league table.

We have an opportunity to put things right straight away as we face off against Dorchester Town on Tuesday.

A robust effort at the weekend was not rewarded as it should have been, but we have now climbed up to 15th in the table, despite having played just 23 games. The turnaround has been a magnificent one since the beginning of the campaign.

Round 24 for the Yellows sees us take to Bolitho under the lights once more, where victory would be our fifth at home in 2022-23.

Dorchester will come into the evening having won five and lost five of their last 10, so while their recent record is not perfect, it is more than respectable as they look for their 14th collection of three points this term.

Past Meetings

A 3-1 defeat in the early going of the season against Tuesday night’s opponents preceded a 2-0 victory at Bolitho in the FA Trophy.

Travel

A journey of just under two hours brings you down the A35 and the A30, before heading onto the A30 down to St Peters Road.

Weather

Temperatures are set to drop just below 10 Degrees Celsius on Tuesday night, but no rain is expected.
