Parkway back in action and back out on the road

By Rob Kershaw

After yet another game fell by the wayside last weekend, we look ahead to Wednesday night and a trip to Swindon.

In a relatively short journey, we face off against a Swindon Supermarine side that sit sixth in the league, 17 points adrift of imperious leaders Weston Super-Mare.

They enter the evening having taken two wins in their last five as well as two losses. One of those was at the hands of us – Austen Booth and Ben Seymour grabbing the goals in a 2-1 win just under a month ago.

Swindon are five positions and 13 points above the Yellows, who remain on the cusp of the top 10 despite the recent postponements.

Past Meetings

Our 2-1 victory over Supermarine in March was the first time we have faced this week’s opponents.

Travel

Almost three hours will take you up the M5 past Exeter, Taunton, and Bristol, before taking the A419 down to the Webbswood Stadium.

Weather

It is set to rain on Wednesday night in Swindon. Typical really.
