Parkway head back out on the road but stay in Devon and a trip to Tiverton

The boys are on the road this week in search of what could be a crucial victory in our push for the top 10.

We are 11th in the table heading into our 38th game of the season, three points off Beaconsfield with three games in hand.

Tiverton Town are just one position behind us, and victory for them would bring them level on points with the Yellows.

In the battle between two sides vying to breaking into the top 10, Lee Hobbs’ men come into the fixture after what was officially an away game against Truro on Easter Monday.

That followed three games without a win, so the goals from Ryan Lane, Ben Seymour and Rio Garside were vital in putting us right back on track.

Tiverton have won two of their last three, although they do come into this one having tasted defeat at the hands of Weston Super-Mare on Monday.

Past Meetings

We faced off against Tiverton at the end of October last year when Jack Crago, Callum Hall and Ben Seymour all got on the scoresheet in a 4-2 victory.

Travel

It’s a relatively short trip up the A38 and the M5 past Exeter and Cullompton to get to the Ian Moorcroft Stadium on Wednesday evening.

Seats are available on the supporters’ coach on the way up – just email [email protected] for more details.

Weather

There is little chance of rain in Tiverton ahead of kick-off, but temperatures will likely be on the chilly side.
