Parkway made three changes from the defeat to Weymouth on Tuesday with Cruis Nyadzayo, Jensen Ireland, and Will Sullivan coming in to replace Rocky Neal, Jack Veale, and Max Edgecombe.
The Yellows started on the front foot with the Garside brothers both having early shots on goal.
Rio’s freekick from the far-right corner was headed into the path of brother Carlo in the area, but his resulting shot was also blocked and eventually cleared away.
Minutes later, Callum Hall was played through, entering the box on the left-hand side, but he dragged his left footed shot wide of the far post.
The early chances could have been for nothing had Obieri’s shot for Gloucester dipped under the crossbar. The midfielder robbed Rio Garside of possession in the middle of the park and attempted to lob Mack Allan from around 35 yards, but the effort sailed over the bar to Bolitho’s relief.
The Parkway pressure maintained as the Yellows came close to opening the score once more. Rio played a ball over the back line for Will Sullivan to chase down the lefthand side. The 18-year-old broke into the box, got his shot off from close range but dragged it just wide of the near post 19 minutes in.
Gloucester had half chances fashioned through Obieri and Edward Williams, but neither chance really cause Allan to sweat, with both opportunities going straight at the AFC Bournemouth loanee.
Parkway’s pressure then reaped its rewards as Ryan Brett tapped home the opener after a great set from Taylor Scarff. The centre-half did excellently to head Carlo Garside’s freekick back across goal to his defensive partner, giving Brett an almost open net to make it 1-0 just before half time.
The game could have been wrapped up for Parkway by Nyadzayo who was played through one-on-one in the 45+2nd minute but Jared Thompson did well to close down the angle, forcing Cruis’ low effort to fizz just past the bottom corner.

The second half was a tighter affair, and but Gloucester were edging it.
Ben Morgan had a free header at the back post following a corner and really should have punished Parkway for their poor marking, but despite rising the highest, he headed wide of the far post.
Allan was then called into action in the 60th minute, making a great save to deny Kieran Thomas’s cracking effort which looked destined to find the top left corner.
Five minutes later, fresh Gloucester substitute, King Baidoo, beat Scarff in a foot race and drove into the box. The attacker attempted to square the ball for his team mate to tap home from eight yards, but a goal saving interception from Brett protected the fragile lead.
The away side finally got their reward for knocking on the door as substitute duo Phillips bundled home a great cross from Spence to seemingly rescue a point in the 85th minute.

Yet the action was far from finished.
A clash of heads in the box involving Scarff ensured additional injury time on top of the six added minutes at the end of the 90.
A freekick was awarded to Parkway down the left wing and Carlo Garside lofted a searching ball into the box. The ball was met by Brett who leapt high and headed low down to the keepers left.
Thompson did exceptionally well to make the stop, but the ball fell to the feet of Jacob Smith who fired home his maiden goal from close range to send Bolitho Park into raptures.
2-1. 90+10. Game, Set, Match.
The victory lifts The Yellows off the bottom of the table into 19th place and also makes the 2025/26 season Parkway’s best ever start to a Southern Premier South campaign.
Chris McPhee’s side are back in action next Saturday as they travel East to take on Basingstoke Town.
