Marketing, sales, and Hospitality coordinator
Plymouth Parkway Football Club are looking for someone who would like to join the team at PPFC and help coordinate the commercial, hospitality and marketing side of the business.
An exciting opportunity has emerged for someone who loves football, is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their work, is skilled in marketing, media, and communications.
The Marketing, sales and Hospitality coordinator will be responsible for the development of Plymouth Parkway Football Club marketing and communications strategy to meaningfully engage with all our existing sponsors and to attract potential customers to increase the long-term profitability of the business.
The Marketing, sales and Hospitality coordinator will also be responsible for the development of The Full Time clubhouse to increase awareness of the venue as well as increase bookings at the site.
The successful candidate will also work with the media team at PPFC to align match days and sponsorship opportunities as well as welcome and manage sponsors on match days at Bolitho Park.
Job Responsibilities
Managing the existing portfolio of sponsors
Generating new sponsorship opportunities for the football club
Coordinating match day opportunities
Marketing both the football club and the Full Time clubhouse
Updating social media and marketing materials ongoing
Coordinating functions with the bar manager
Skills Required
Good numeracy and literacy skills
Good knowledge of all Microsoft office programmes
Sales or marketing experience preferred
Some hospitality experience preferred
Good time management
Self-motivation a key skill
Wages and hours to be discussed based upon experience
