EnglandFormer Parkway and fans favourite Steve Colwell, rejoins the club after leaving Tiverton Town after Coronavirus ended last seasons campaign.
Colwell was highly regarded by the management and fans alike around Ladysmead and his signature was highly regarded by the Bolitho faithful.
Plymouth based Colwell will bring experience and an added slice of quality to the Parkway midfield as Lee Hobbs will look to him to guide the younger squad members.
