Plymouth Parkway New Kit Launch

Plymouth Parkway have unveiled their home and away kits for the 2016/17 season, which have been designed by a new city-based sportswear company.

SWAZ Teamwear was launched in February by Plymouth-born brothers Andy and Darren Notman and they specialise in custom made football strips.

Parkway recently merged with Bar Sol Ona FC and have adopted the latter’s blue and red colours in their away kit.

The shirts, sponsored by Mark Bowden Hypnotherapy, were designed in consultation with players and management at the club.

The shirts and shorts are made with the latest cutting edge materials that are lightweight, yet durable.

All logos, sponsors and numbers are made as part of the material that negates the need for over printing.

New Parkway chairman Mark Russell said: “We are delighted with the end product that SWAZ produced.

“We have had nothing but good feedback from the players and supporters.”

Replica kits and teamwear will be on sale in Plymouth city centre at Fitness for Sport in Cornwall Street.

Fitness for Sport currently sell replica shirts for Plymouth Albion and Plymouth Raiders.

Plymouth Argyle shirts are not able to be purchased anywhere in the city centre making Parkway the only Plymouth-based football club to sell replica shirts in the city centre.

Shop owner Mike Hancock was keen to get involved with the Parkway project and is excited at another partnership with Plymouth’s sports community
