Parkway Welcome mens cancer charity, Dash of Silver on board as rain jacket sponor
Sponsorship dealFounder, Dan Silver set up the charity, Dash of Silver, along with his friends and family to help raise awareness and deliver that all important message of checking yourself and, to help provide support to the Plymouth area for those affected by it.
Dash of Silver has big ambitions to be able to provide support further afield in the future and the team are working hard to make this happen.
We are super excited to welcome them as our rain jacket sponsor. Don’t the jackets look great…
Dan says:
“The charity is named after myself due to my own personal battle with Testicular Cancer back in 2009.
I believe that nobody should ever have to wake up to the news they have Cancer. ALSO, they should never fight it alone.
The charity thrives to promote ‘ Know your Body’ and do self examinations daily.
We also support males affected by Testicular Cancer through their journey by providing them with Dash Care packs ‘
We chose to sponsor Plymouth Parkway FC, as the club is personal to my family and has been since I was a child. We both as a charity and a football club share the same passion, vision and care for our great city.”
Dash of Silver is the match sponsor for two important games in April; Saturday 1st April and Saturday 8th April 2023.
Dan chose these dates as they are in the month of April, Testicular Awareness Month.
